EKA Digivaramu
Eesti Kunstiakadeemia Digivaramu pakub ligipääsu akadeemia doktori-, magistri-, bakalaureusetöödele; teadusandmetele ja tulevikus ka akadeemia üksuste ajaloole. Samuti on Digivaramusse hõlmatud “metfond” ehk Õppetööde Digiteek 1914 – 2023 ja muud väljaanded. NB! Magistritööd alates 1992. a. on leitavad e-kataloogist Ester.
Digivaramu sisu avalikustamisel on arvestatud autoriõiguse seaduse ja Eesti Kunstiakadeemia Intellektuaalomandi käsitlemise korra põhimõtetega. Õppetöö käigus loodud teoste varalised õigused kuuluvad selle autori(te)le ja akadeemiale võrdsetes osades. Autori(te)le kuulub õigus lubada ja keelata oma teose reprodutseerimist, levitamist (sh koopiad) ja eksponeerimist, mis tähendab, et Digivaramus olevaid töid ilma autori loata levitada ei tohi. The Digital Repository of the Estonian Academy of Arts provides online access to the academy’s doctoral, master’s, and bachelor’s theses; research data, and in the future also to the historical collections of the academy’s units. Also included are the “metfond” or Student & Alumni Works 1914 – 2023 and other academy publications. NB! Master’s theses since 1992 are in the Ester e-catalogue.
When disclosing the contents of the digital repository, the Principles of Copyright Law and the Intellectual Property Handling Procedure of the Estonian Academy of Arts are taken into account. This means that the property rights of the works created during the study belong to its author(s) and the academy in equal parts. The author(s) have the right to allow and prohibit the reproduction, distribution (including copies), and exhibition of their work. This means that the works in the Digital Repository may not be distributed without the author’s permission. To download files for educational purposes, please write [email protected].
